Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™
More than a massage.....Deep soothing strokes are applied to the muscles using foot pressure to milk the muscles, open chakras, and release toxins. Bars are used over the head for support and balance to allow for smooth, flowing and continuous pressure like that of traditional Swedish Massage. Ashiatsu is perfect for the average hard working person who suffers from chronic back pain, scoliosis, or bulging herniated disc problems.
Barefoot Shiatsu is an ancient form of bodywork brought to us through the Buddhist monks first from China, and then from Thailand and Japan. The root word "Ashi" means foot and "Atsu" means pressure so they symbolize foot pressure. This treatment is guaranteed to induce relaxation, relieve tight inflammation, and stimulate the body's own self-healing capabilities.

Reflexology
Reflexology works by stimulating the circulatory and nervous system, thus energizing and toning the entire body. It releases tensionand increases stress resilience. Your feet will first be placed in a warm therapeutic bath then exfoliated, followed by reflexology treatment. Your hands will also be massaged and placed in warm mitts during the treatment.
